A good off road go-cart can be very expensive. We've seen prices for an extreme off road go cart go as high as $20,000. Of course, the cost of the go cart depends several factors, such as: body type, motor size, wheel size, whether it has a transmission, lights, shocks windshields, and a the frame just to name a few.  Extreme Off Road Go Carts are meant for racing and having fun. As we mention, they can go for over $20K! Honestly, if you have money to burn, you could spend a lot more than $20k but let's stick with $20K as a good number for a high end go extreme off road go cart. Why? You might ask? Well, an off road go cart usually has pose rear and a much bigger engine making it much more expensive. There are also four wheel drive go carts which will require a transmission and transfer case as well as two front drive axles that require C.V. joints so it can turn and a rear drive axle. These additions make the purchase price rise usually between $7,000 and $20,000 depending on what features you pick.
